Open houses can be a great way to view a home that's just come on the market.    Annoyed by agents asking for your information when you walk through the door?  You can always tell them that you are working with your agents, Karen & Paul Catania, and that should be enough for them to leave you alone!  Once an agent is told you are working with another agent, they are prohibited from soliciting you further.  So you don't need to fall prey to a pushy sales person.

Please check this website again before you go, just in case the home has gone pending or off market.
